Exchange & Return Policy

You can exchange your products within 3 days of delivery received by you if –

  • You just don’t like it
  • The product doesn’t fit you
  • You’ve received a wrong products
  • You need a different size
  • You want a different product from us

You can exchange in 2 ways –

  • You just call us and let us know that you want to exchange the product. And let us know which product you like in exchange. We will ask our courier to pick up from your address and deliver you exchanged product after we check the product meets our exchange condition. This service is only available at Dhaka Metropolitan Areas and costs 100 tk for pick up and drop.
  • You can just drop the product at our store “EMWEST”, Shop 32, 1st Floor, Gulshan Pink City Shopping Complex, Gulshan 2, Dhaka. You can pick up the exchanged products from there if it is available there. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU GIVE US A CALL BEFORE YOU VISIT OUR STORE FOR EXCHANGE. No delivery charge is applied if you exchange it from store.
  • Exchange is not valid for discounted or deal or offer products.

Product Exchange Conditions –

  • Product must have the price tag attached to it.
  • Product must be unworn, unwashed and in mint condition.

There is no return option unless you found the product is damaged at delivery or you have received a completely different product than you order. We check each product carefully before the delivery, yet if you found anything wrong we will take care of that.
